About us
My name is Karla I am the co-owner and founder of Ocean Experience Cozumel, I’m originally from Guadalajara but life and the sea brought me to the nicest island in the Caribbean.
Cozumel showed me that I love meeting people from all over the world, some become friends forever, enjoy the experiences together and share a little bit of the beauty of this place, how much I am passionate about it and how important it is to take care of it.
I’ve been working as a Divemaster for over 7 years and every day the sea surprises me and continues to teach me. For this reason, I decided to open myself a chance on a mens world with the idea of providing a level of service that no other small shop offers, to create unique experiences, where I can build awareness and learn with travellers who visit Cozumel, in addition to living unforgettable experiences of good vibes and joy.

No sunscreen allowed
We kindly request that you do not wear any type of sunscreen during your tour. Sunscreens can be harmful to coral reefs and marine life. To help protect these delicate ecosystems, please opt to go without any sunscreen at all. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated and contributes to the preservation of our beautiful underwater environment. Thank you.

At Ocean Experience Cozumel, we prioritize the environment by minimizing plastic waste. That's why we provide you with a reusable cup during your tour. Our goal is to reduce single-use plastics and promote sustainability, allowing you to enjoy your experience while contributing to a healthier planet. We appreciate your support in this effort.
